Join us at the Eccles Conference Center for a Valentines Dinner Dance! Held on Fed. 12th.

Featuring live music from The Crescent Super Band & The Voodoo Orchestra of Soundhouse.

Doors will open at 5:30pm.
Cocktail Hour at 6pm - Cash Bar will be available.
Dinner will begin at 7pm.
Dancing will begin at 8pm.

Come enjoy a fun evening of food, live music, and dancing!

Couples: $90

Menu:

Strawberry Basil Salad
Hand tossed strawberry basil salad sprinkled with goat cheese and served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Freshly sliced ham and Swiss cheese stuffed inside a lightly breaded chicken breast. Served with our house made hollandaise sauce.

Beef Round Medalions
Two tender sliced beef medallions topped with a Cabernet peppercorn semi glaze.

Also served with our buttermilk whipped potatoes and fire grilled asparagus.

Dessert- English Toffee Parfait
Our multilayered dark chocolate mousse complimented with a light mascarpone Chantilly cream with crumbled English toffee.
